AQUA Condos Priced to sell

I have 3 condos that are priced to sell.

I just closed on 2207 a similar condo, for $347,000, and this condo will be listed for $369,000. I can generally sell these condos without using the MLS.

This is a 3 br 3 bath, 1569 sq foot condo on the third floor, a very strategic location in AQUA. Third floor is the walkover from the parking garage, in addition to having a dedicated elevator for the first 3 floors. I recently had a call from a rental management company that begged me to put them in touch with the new owner of this 3RD FLOOR UNIT. The guy said he could easily get over $50,000 in rentals for this condo.

There’s been a lot of interest in this unit, but no contract at this time. Priced at $300,000, but owner wants to upgrade to a 3 br AQUA condo and wants to move it to take advantage of prices before they go up further.

AQUA rental will be increased 10% for next year and Pier Park North is generating lot’s of buzz on the beach. I strongly believe prices will be higher in the spring.
